The OCCA is an affiliate of the American Concrete Pavement Association, upon joining the OCCA all street, local roads, and highway contractors become members of both the OCCA and ACPA.

The purpose of the OCCA is to provide a proper presentation of the membership in all matters affecting the industry's relations with public and private agencies, to improve the quality and performance of our product, and to create a larger market for the employment of services of our members.
